We live in odd times of valuing assets, where an asset that is purchased for nothing and yet the purchaser gets no love from the market.
I say purchased for nothing because of previous money have been spent on the project prior, but also what about the gas reserves in the ground. Market valuing that at zero also.

The market should at least rate a higher chance of WDS developing the assets compared to the previous owners.

Time will tell whether contrarian buyers like myself at the moment will make money in future years buying at these prices.
