Dare I say it, but WDS holders should expect a more disciplined approach to these acquisitions, and not simply a "hit or miss" type attitude, although the latter is more applicable to the performance of the Board and CEO. If as you say, WDS is a cash rich company rising the wave of the resurgence in oil demand and can well meet this payout with straining its finances, with plenty of spare cash to blow against the wall on near depleted overseas assets, then could I suggest a better dividend payout for all holders.
