July 11 (Reuters) - AustralianSuper, the country's biggest superannuation fund, has bought a 5.02% stake in Woodside (WDS) , making it the energy giant's second-largest shareholder, an exchange filing showed on Thursday. The stake acquisition is valued at A$2.75 billion ($1.86 billion), based on the Woodside's last close on Thursday. Woodside's largest shareholder is The Vanguard Group, which owns a 5.04% stake, according to LSEG data. ($1 = 1.4802 Australian dollars)" HC LINK
