They sold 5% of our company’s production for less than 1% of its (depressed) enterprise value.
It would have been good of management to explain how this producing oil and gas asset, located in a stable jurisdiction, produces inferior returns on shareholder capital than the ventures into ammonia and hydrogen etc.
