Given the recent press regarding China sniffing around global energy assets (recent deal with Petrobras for example) I can't help but think a significant re-rating is on the cards from a takeover premium aspect alone.

Although I do admit that a t/o premium in the present price would be restrained by Shell's blocking stake (34%) in the company.
