re: Ann: Woodside to Issue US$700 Million in ... accumulate in my view.. below $47....it will get back to >$50 in no time....raising capital/need cash... seems to be "bad" news.. it is more to do with biz expansion... not lack cash and paying debt.......oil price going up!.. and gas exploration is doubling .... expect any hit/any wpl will spiral up..
