I think that Japanese should get discount.
1. They are afraid of our gov. silly decisions (as we are)
2. Scarborough is located in area where whales are singing excessively
3. North Japan island Hokkaido is located just 50km from Sakhalin. Mitsui already have joint ventures there and they did not exit despite of big pressure. Sooner or later, they will have to normalize relations with Russia and they will be much stronger than sinking Germany.
So let them be our partners which provide the stable market for us.
I am laymen in this mater and this is my opinion based on thinks I could gather so far.
I think that Japanese should get discount.1. They are afraid of...
