Ann: Woolworths Group Proposes to Acquire 80% Interest in MyDeal, page-29

Yep it feels like a compulsory acquisition and you know what that means; they're acquiring it compulslary. I was pretty exited to see the price jump this morning but that quickly turned to disappointment when I read the announcement. I had expected MYD to do very well over the next few years, better that $1.05 Apparently Woolies do too. I've bought a few small parcels from $1.26 down to 56 cents, average is about 95 cents so I make a piddling profit and i have no choice it seems. Not sure what sentiment to declare.
