I don't think KOGAN has the funds to acquire MYD, they would only increase their debt if they came up with the dosh and their shareholders would not be thrilled with that.. I don't know about Amazon and Catch but to my mind Myer would have been a better entity to takeover MYD.

I guess with inflation hitting the highs now WOW thought they would jump in and take the opportunity to get MYD cheaper than at a better time in the future.. i guess they can't just buy the shares on market at .63c or whatever can they? That would have been the cheapest way... but there are rules about this and processes for such a big acquisition ... and MYD management particularly the founder, would want to negotiate up... and they did
