    Troubling part is that Woollies - without giving specifics - claim that, after their due diligence, API's financials were wanting. Not sure what they meant by that.

    Maybe the 20% WES has scared them off but maybe something more serious.

    As you say, API shareholders have missed out - to the tune of over 20 cents a share.
