I'd say you're on the money, but not on the delaying tactics! It's got to be related to securing short or long term funding. Perhaps more to the recent $23 mill cap raising, as there was no talk of this work needing to be done until this cap raising.
Anyway I like the deep drilling part of the program. Who knows what's going to happen at depth
