Usually someone wanting to push it down to buy up. See new major shareholder who just bought 9% of the company in 4 days... I expect they are still buying or others are now as well. there is a lot of potential here.
The purchases to push the price down are stupid though, 2 days ago it was trading 0.004 and a buy went through for $2 total to push it back down to 0.003 lol laughable the tactics.
I expect once the market becomes more aware of this stock the price will re-rate significantly.
