been a long road and lost patience. 3c doesnt seem to wanna move, i see no favourable exit. Fav? not how i c it - sorry, remain sceptical, with this low margin enviro, it just buys us time...and strings the mum & dad investors through a painful agonising road to....well bandanna style eventual receivership.

yes we GOT funding - but at what price? further 25% dilution, board members we cant get rid of (working in Nobles favour), deals to buy tenemants (like the rort springsure) for extortionate prices (noble), and the FAT cat chairmen alliance still at the helm? u see that as favourable? with the major cash constraint we are under, coal price in the doldrums, there was NO WAY we were gonmna receive favourable terms. This could NVR have cvome out good.

dont worry - have been selling down - was stupid to load up so much in the first place yrs back (misplaced confidence in the chairmen et al alliance)
