Two interesting points;

Does anyone think this comment below means all the CP's finalised?

1. Resgen and Ledjadja Coal obtaining all necessary internal and regulatory
approvals or waivers in respect of all documents being entered into before the
second instalment is released.


I also noticed they don't want us paying external parties to bring in further finance/options? This is getting quite interesting!!

2. the additional funds are only to be used for amounts provided in the austerity
operating budget and are not to be used to engage external consultants in
connection with securing alternative project financing without express approval;

What if we use our own funds? I guess Noble wants this after all?!?!
