You could be right Paul. Perhaps it shows mgt are confident. Not my guess though. On the potential amount and timing, remember they are saying it will be paid from retained earnings also. If I take that literally, could be some time off. Retained earnings already neg and with high non cash costs, earnings should run well below cash flow.
