Don't even have the money to pay the interest charges on the convertible note, just issued more shares to them, which no doubt they will sell. Looks like the convertible note people have been the sellers of late. Makes sense now. They like holding debt with interest payable, not shares that don't pay dividends

Another 66.5m shares issued. Still short of the $5m required by maq bank, but like sirvat has said looks like the settlement was a few million. Recon it was 3 to 4, that could satisfy mac bank. The quarterly will be interesting because I recon the company doesn't want the settlement disclosed in any way, as part of its agreement
