botch911 i never said that it would tank
just saying that the terms of the short term loan weren't very commercial
if shareholders approve the 1.6 million shares after this announcement, they may end up getting more than $150k for providing the loan
that is if the shares run hard to 10c or something on a cracker announcement
in theory, they would be charging a 100% fee
just a little bit of caution thats all. don't want gung-ho management grabbing cash at exuberant prices when they need it
