    So what will come first the chicken or the egg? SRK resume shipping without waiting for the consortium to establish a user facility or go it alone and start shipping without waiting. I bet they wait. Regardless it's a good outcome that the approvals are received. Might be a slow turn around but a turn around here would be very welcomed.
