Panic selling is a good thing I remember this day on PDN, the Namibian Gov were talking about nationalising all the Uranium mines...nobody wanted to touch this on the day,,except one smart person said he doubled his holding...yeah ok its PDN and not ENV but the sentiment was very much the same.
