i have seen stocks announce a CR and two days after they are up 20,% its needed to grow the company. A company Can not run on fumes and hopes/dreams, funds are needed . How they spend those funds is more important and shows if its a circus run by clowns or a great company and good management that has a chance.People use it as a weopon to scare others and shake the tree.
i say get it over and done with so we can fly again.
