    $1 billion is bog standard and not taking account of the colossal advantages of the site, nor of the upside with having such a valuable commodity the prices are going to rocket into the future.
    Plus this is just for the MR not the future resource which is going to be huge. Massive. World class. In the top 3 at least.
    Undervalued.
