Yep - the Independent Experts Report is going to be pretty interesting with lots of different parties ready to blow holes in their methodology, assumptions, and conclusions......

I know a lot of us here think that ASIC couldn't regulate their own bowel movements competently, but I'd be interested to hear why more Independent Expert's Reports aren't referred by ASIC to the Takeovers Panel. I'm guessing you have to prove that the IER is so defective that ASIC can react in time and take it to the Takeovers Panel for declaration of unacceptable circumstances in time before the transaction is completed?
