I dont think alot here are aware of FTF with Canadian shares for CR.
Fundamentally, Flow through funding in Quebce allows a company to raise @ 1.96x current SP, minimizing dilution. Funds need to be used in 12months for exploration only.

I am sure Adam has a plan, too much going on around with its neighbours atm and with Government.
