Maybe STX should buy the project? I heard on the grapevine that they have a cash pile with nothing but sheep paddocks to explore...LOL!!

Not quite Hardcash, STX have sheep paddocks and water wells !! In fact gushing water. The paddocks will be very green very shortly !!!
