admittedly it is not a big raise but a bit of a stitch up.
really hard market for cap raises at the moment. Especially with fossil fuels.

the loss of talon was huge for TMK . Since they were taken over our share price is about 1/4 of what it was

Talon was a cleaner job>> and TMK is going through the spin dry process >> next reconstruction>>
