Ie: camp & office areas.
The crushing & grinding will require a lot of kilowatts so gas fired piston engines would be the best use there. Due 24 hours operation. Considering we must get a gas supply for the roast then that gas supply can run the gas fired piston engine generators 24/7. So as to stop the trucking of additional diesel for the power generation portion.
Diesel fuel will still be required for heavy equipment mining wise.
Although there are now many electric Toyota Land Cruisers being tested in mining applications already.
So a reduction in fossil fuel is possible but not completely yet available for 24/7 usage.
