I haven't bothered with emailing the support as it was just over $1 on an app that isnt working for me anyway and I am getting by with other apps just fine. Being a shareholder I will do it once I am back just to see how they deal with it, but if I was a regular user I would just uninstall the app forget about it or file with google play for a refund/fraud and move on.

Like I said, I was loving the products back home, but I can see why there wasnt much traveller uptake.

Anyone who still doubts me actually spending money on the app, screenshot attached showing plan is currently active for WS and 0 credit which is hard to do as minimum credit you can purchase leaves you with just over $1 for 1 month WS plan.
