You don't think Norwood have considered in their own forecasts any reductions they are likely to be making?
That figure you quote is Norwoods own forecast based on their expectations of cash outflow. Yet you're trying to sell us the story that they haven't taken into account their own cost savings?
Put aside the fact that Norwood routinely underestimate their own expenditure, you can't discount savings off their own forecasts that have already taken into account any savings they might make!
And you criticise 'factual research'! LOL!
