The problem that NOR is now facing that the SP is so low that it will be hard to raise enough money to salvage the situation.
Under 7.1 NOR can only issue ~41m shares. At the current SP of 0.7c that's only $289k.
Under 7.1A NOR can issue a prospectus for another ~34.8m shares. At 0.7c that's another $243k.
In total that's only $532k at 0.7c
It's $455k at 0.6c, $379k at 0.5c etc.
If PO wants to raise more he'll need an EGM or manage to reach the end of the year when some of the quota is replenished.
