Actually last time I did the numbers, I included R&D. Which by the way, you should probably revise. See, last year NOR announced:
" the Company has now received a payment from the Australian Tax Office of
$924,091.82 pursuant to the Commonwealth Government Research & Development Tax Incentive Program.
This relates to R&D activities undertaken by Norwood at the Company’s Australian headquarters during FY17."

So they got $924,091 for the FY17 ended June 2017.
    NOR then announced:
"Norwood has so far received $356,395 pursuant to the funding agreement, representing 80% of the conservatively estimated R&D tax offset for the six-month period ending 31 December 2017."

So they've already drawn down on half of FY18's tax offset. Based on FY17s offset, they would get around $924,091 for FY18. They have already taken $356,395. That leaves a maximum of $567,696.

So then, let's get the facts straight. NOR can only get approx. $567,696 for the FY18 tax rebate (rebate is also dependant on how much they can claim as R&D which may actually be lower now that apps are out). We will most likely hear about that in September.

    So:
Cash at end of March: $1,209,000
Cash raised after Q1: $934,000 (approx. 6.6% commission taken, based on the $1 mil insto raise)

    Cash total for Q2: $1,209,000 + $934,000 + $60,000 (estimated revenue)
Cash outflow for Q2 (estimate from March 4C): $1,047,000

Estimated Cash at end of June, 2018: $1,156,000

Estimated Cash Outflow for Q3 (based on prior quarters): $1,100,000
Estimated Cash Inflows for Q3 from customers: $70,000
Estimated Cash Inflow for R&D rebate: $567,969

Therefore, estimated cash at end of Q3: $693,696.
Cash usually needed for the following quarter = $1,100,000 or so.
Estimated Cash deficit in Q4: $406,304

So yes I believe, even accounting for a good revenue increase (22% from Q1 <--generous) and a good R&D Rebate, NOR will need (imo, based on above) a CR before Q4 ends and most likely will do the CR before Q4 starts.

Please enlighten us Holla, how EVEN ACCOUNTING FOR R&D REBATE, NOR is going to manage to see out 2018 when they will need at least $400,000 cash in Q4.
