I can't be sure but I think there were 7-8m shares moved from the .8c buy queue to a straight buy this morning. I'm sure there were 12-13m in that queue which were reduced by the 7m or so sold in early trade at 1 and 1.1c.
Probably a bit premature to call a break out with only $120k in stock trading but the day isn't over yet. You'd want to see several days of twice that volume and a climbing closing price to call that.
