if you have been reading up on BG you should also be aware of their published info on the status of Bechtel work in Gladstone. I will say no more on that one except-whatever you thought it would cost and what ever professional org. you thought were out there to get a aust. construction project on time and budget. Forget it. Multiply by 2 time and cost. So the price might be $9 but will probably need $11 to break even seriously. Go to Chinchilla and have a drive around the district.
