I don't think this implies the Patchawarra is not pressurised. It just implies the reservoir is relatively tight and also clogged with drilling mud.
That's why it didn't flow to surface. Nothing to do with low pressure.
After they put it on production and give it time to clean up it should flow okay. It won't break any records but it will chug along. Like you said the real good news story here is that the Patchawarra oil now seems to extend over a large area. That will extend the life of the field which seems to be pretty much fully developed already in its primary target.
