That is what Steve Keen says sort of, some traditional theories assume the investor family unit lives for ever and picks the same price. In reality some people use debt or different strategies and choose different valuation prices. If you are in debt you can not afford to hold long term.
To know it is worth between 12c and 44c-58c and possibly more than $1 if they get extra lucky is hand to know though.
