re: Ann: WOT announces Recommended Offer from... not really..if you look at the takeover offer the implied price is about 85c...remember the maximum you can take is 50% at the 86c price and the rest in Mirvac shares.....so effective price is about 85c or just under.
essentially people are selling at the offer price not expecting another bid
