    What a confusing read this company is.
    Great coworking spaces. Nice property portfolio with great yields.
    But a very confusing ownership structure and paying themselves a mgmt fee to blackwall which they also own (can be 5% over 20M).
    Anyone got any non-biased research that untangles this?
