If I am not mistaken, WOTSO plans to raise more funds through institutional placement and SPP from existing shareholders. Then it will seek listing on the ASX in 2020. Therefore a BWF shareholder before the demerger will hold shares in both BWF and WOTSO.
By the way, has anybody received the holding certificate of WOTSO? I am still waiting for it.
WOTSO is currently a private company before ASX listing.
