Fully agreefully agree. ASIC should investigate this. Thry went into a raising knowing thr assays from fifirst two holes (announced on 19/09/2022) were dusters.
If they had announced those results, thrn thr share price wouldve tanked. As a result they *most likely* witheld material information. That is very poor form.
Can see thrm going diwn befire going up, if they hit. Announcement was poorly written and hard to read.
"mineralization is associated with textures..." very poorly written. Intersextions not concisely reported. They really need to lift their game. Most of the time they omit to include JORC Table 1, then need to release an amended announcement several days later.
