You probably will not be offered the shares, the Entitlement Offer of 16 August 2016 states "The Entitlement Offer is being made to all Shareholders on the Company's register on the Record Date in Australia New Zealand and Singapore." If your address for the shares is not in one of these countries I suggest you check directly with the company.
