I tend to wonder the same.
On the surface you just go "meh" and the market said the same.
Maybe there's more to it or maybe it's like I said previously and it all comes down to them having seen the geos and being confident in expanding the resource and relying on some appreciation in the POG. They have cash at least, so can afford a little longer lead time than some.
Reckon any sp appreciation atm is just trading parcels.
