JID, I'll have to go back to have another look, but wasn't the environmental bond ~$6m (?). Small change if you have a viable resource to feed an already established mill. So say MEU, TYX or WPG have such a resource and they pick up the mill, bond and leases for less than ~$10m, its still a bargain. Its a tremendous asset, but instead of looking what they have, KCN want to reinvent the wheel in Chile. I think the shareholders of the three competing entities will gain here if KCN management aren't dynamic.
