Far's narrative in this dispute is that they were protecting the rights of shareholders in taking this legal course of action.
It turns out that this is just ridiculous statement as the ICC has just found that we didn't have any rights in the first place.
3 years & $X millions later (plus indirect consequences which could have been anticipated with some foresight) Far have to answer shareholders for this folly in protecting rights which didn't actually exist.
