That could open a whole new raison d'etre for happy clappers, abusers, paid help etc. on this forum
But yes, to offer up PE and the contract terms(all be it on one page) from COP and thereby provide the essence for the dispute could very well be an "out" for FAR, who for all intents and purposes, were disputing COP Senegal on the basis of insufficient information to satisfactorily be informed.
