Yes Whisky but if someone lobs a bid for FAR WPL will have 2 choices.....do nothing or counter offer. Doing nothing would seem problematic as it would be pretty clear that the bidder would see the PE case as a better than even chance of getting up.
My question is do they get in first?It would solve all their potential heartache.DB
