    A shareholder action would relate to ways Shine has mislead and deceived us. Last time the action alleged they materially overstated the WIP. This time it could be a number of things which were mentioned in the West articles. The biggest of these is the accounting and disclosures relating to the interest issue, but we will have to wait and see what the Court does first.

    And we do not know, but the WIP could be overstated again. Does a leopard change its spots?
