Found this annoucement but its overly complicated.
My guess it that ESR had some claim with WIN over the lithium (which made sense as both were green energy companies looking for the same resources). AWJ bought rights from WIN (just to gain access to the gold) and now ESR wants to get the same royalties from AWJ.
Pretty sure that is nonsense. Why would you pay royalties for a mineral you are throwing in the waste dump? But at the same time, AWJ paid 1.2M for the nickel rights to WIN, so who knows.
Too complicated for me. Anyone can shed some light here?
