Judge says have you proof lithium even exists on the said tenement??????
If you do then is it in an economical quantity i.e. more than background traces i.e salt water contains traces of Gold Lithium and other minerals.
Oh you do that's good ,present proof that you have from your drill samples that show there is likely an economic resource and your drilling results have resulted in an economic discovery.
If you have these ,then have you notified the defendent this economic area must be sterilised and if mined placed to one side.
The defendent points out they had such an agreement with the owner of the Nickel Rights until they bought the rights to that ore from them.
We believe the overburden being removed may have some lithium in it too.
Judge says is that being physically removed from the tenement site ???The answer is NO.
I see You ALSO want compensation.
O.K. Where is your legally accepted compliant resource Estimate to base any potential loss on.
NOW -Can you show in your resource model what amount of ....... has being mined by defendent and quantify your actual mineral loss?
I think it is pretty easy to work out the outcome of said proceedings without needing much of a brain.
