Hopefully they claim everything, including the legal costs. Not ideal to have that hanging over us, but there is now the opportunity to get an amazing deal on a gold producer at these lows. It is in relation to lithium at the end of the day, not the gold and nobody wants lithium in the current market anyway. However it is in our best interests to have the lithium rights if it does turn around in the future.
