It is not as if we are mining Lithium,or if there is even any lithium there in the tenement?
It was the Nickel Rights Auric needed to get so it could process the gold within a block of Nickel containing ore in it's planned pit,if my memory is correct.
Best of luck,to ESR and maybe the original negotiated value of $30k for those rights was to set/show an indicated/perceived market value for such a legal occurrence such as this in the future.
