I would be quite surprised if the ASX doesn't query the matter in coming days pursuant to listing rule 3.1 "Obligation to disclose 'market sensitive' information immediately. The reality being the company should have been put into a 'Trading Halt' if there was issues surrounding the timing of release of information to the market of a 'market sensitive' nature . ASX Guidance notes 8 may be of interest.
